Description

  • Maintain a complete Coconut VA profile and submit a one-minute introduction video as part of the application process.
  • Provide the correct CEFR English proficiency level in the application form.
  • Follow the required resume/template format and submit materials in English.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally across calls, chat, email, and video meetings.
  • Ask for clarification, raise concerns, and provide proactive updates when needed.
  • Manage tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work.
  • Stay responsive, reliable, and engaged for work, meetings, and events.
  • Support client tasks as assigned and adapt to different role requirements.
  • Maintain professionalism and strong ethical standards in all interactions.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a virtual or remote worker, or 1 year of experience working with foreign businesses such as US, EU, AUS, or SG companies.
  • Alternatively, a BPO background with at least 6 months in a Tier 1 role and 1+ year in a support, supervisory, or higher role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain information clearly, confidently, and fluently.
  • Comfortable communicating across video calls, phone calls, chat, and email.
  • Must create a Coconut VA profile using the provided template.
  • Resume must follow the required format and be in English.
  • Must submit a 1-minute introduction video link; broken or dummy links may result in disqualification.
  • Preferred familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Preferred hands-on experience with CRMs, project management tools, marketing platforms, or page builders.
  • Preferred client-facing communication or client management experience.
  • Must have your own device capable of handling client tasks.
  • Must have a stable internet connection with a backup available.
  • Must have a backup power source for uninterrupted work.
