Description

  • Provide technical support and leadership throughout the sales process.
  • Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor to mobile network operator technical managers.
  • Document complete network solutions using diagrams and written descriptions to explain product benefits.
  • Stay current on industry technology trends through self-study and formal training.
  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert on the company’s products and industry trends.
  • Communicate customer requirements to internal teams responsible for development, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Develop technical sales materials for customer engagement.
  • Support regional and global sales and marketing targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders.
  • Build new relationships with existing and prospective mobile network operators.

Requirements

  • At least 10+ years of professional experience in solution sales engineering working with mobile network operators.
  • Deep understanding of Radio Access Network, OSS, and Core across 2G, 4G, and 5G.
  • Extensive knowledge of the mobile network operator environment and cellular networks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical executives, including high-quality presentation and proposal writing.
  • Exceptional organization skills with the ability to articulate value and gain client mindshare.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple activities and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel up to 30% to meet clients in the region.
  • Experience interacting with technical stakeholders at a high level.
  • Track record of success in solution sales engineering (preferred).
