Description

  • Lead sales and business development for Open RAN solutions across Africa.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of telecom opportunities to support revenue goals.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from opportunity qualification through deal closure.
  • Coordinate technical inputs and proposal development for customer opportunities.
  • Expand market presence and strengthen the sales funnel in the Africa region.
  • Collaborate with the MEA sales team to align regional growth efforts.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with MNOs, operators, and strategic partners.
  • Support local field activities for new and existing customers.
  • Work with customer support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide market intelligence on trends, customer needs, and competitive developments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of telecom sales experience, ideally in mobile networks or network infrastructure.
  • 3+ years of regional Africa/MEA sales experience with strong industry relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.).
  • Solid understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G mobile technologies.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with MNOs and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong professional recommendations and customer references.
