Description

  • Act as the primary consultant to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to diagnose operational bottlenecks and translate executive strategy into scalable technical requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end health of the Salesforce instance, including data model enhancements, environment management, and Flow-first automation.
  • Serve as the internal lead for Salesforce CPQ, owning functional pricing and packaging logic and the data structures necessary for accurate deal metrics.
  • Administer the full GTM tool ecosystem (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, integrations), ensuring seamless integrations and unified data flows for a 360-degree customer view.
  • Own the GTM systems roadmap: evaluate departmental needs, recommend prioritization based on ROI, and lead projects from scoping through deployment.
  • Create functional specifications and process flowcharts to bridge non-technical stakeholders and system builds, prioritizing user experience and reporting accuracy.
  • Lead change management and enablement for new features, including technical documentation, training, and tracking system adoption metrics.
  • Architect and enforce data governance, scalable object relationships, system permissions, and data quality standards to maintain a single source of truth for GTM analytics and forecasting.
  • Proactively diagnose business inefficiencies, design scalable processes across the revenue lifecycle, and lead end-to-end implementation of global system initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in Business Systems, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of owning the tech stack for a scaling organization and architecting scalable processes across the revenue lifecycle.
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce including admin configuration, automation tools (Flows), data model design, environment management, and integrations.
  • Strong functional understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience supporting or managing GTM tools such as HubSpot, Gainsight, Outreach/Salesloft, Gong, Qualified, Starbridge or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market motions including inbound/outbound, opportunity management, renewals, expansions, territories, forecasting, and compensation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead full-lifecycle system initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data quality, system reliability, and reporting accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, CPQ) are a plus.
