Description

  • Research and aggregate data sources from licensing registries, government databases, and third-party providers.
  • Define ideal customer profiles and build an enriched, verified database of qualified accounts and contacts.
  • Extract, enrich, and segment account data from official registries, public sources, and LinkedIn.
  • Design and deploy AI-driven outbound sequences with personalized messaging, A/B testing, and prospect enrichment.
  • Build models that score inbound and sourced leads against ICP criteria and route high-intent leads in real time.
  • Develop predictive churn and renewal-risk models that flag at-risk accounts 60–90 days before renewal.
  • Build automated pipelines for generating, reviewing, and publishing marketing content using LLM workflows.
  • Set up competitive intelligence systems to monitor competitor activity, pricing changes, and product launches.
  • Automate CRM hygiene tasks including data entry, deal stage progression, activity logging, and reporting.
  • Execute AI-powered outbound campaigns, including cold outreach, nurture sequences, and geographic expansion efforts.

Requirements

  • Experience with Python and LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, including API-based data import and sync.
  • Experience with web scraping, data extraction, and enrichment tools such as Apollo, Clay, Clearbit, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make, including production integrations.
  • Strong prompt engineering skills for reliable, production-grade LLM workflows.
  • Experience with database design for lead management and segmentation.
  • Knowledge of GTM metrics such as MQL/SQL conversion, pipeline velocity, churn rate, and NRR.
  • Background in revenue operations, sales engineering, or growth engineering is preferred.
  • Experience building custom data acquisition frameworks from public registries is preferred.
  • Experience with ABM strategies and tooling is preferred.
  • Experience with vector databases for semantic search and recommendation is preferred.
