Description

  • Own and evolve the Segment CDP governance, including event taxonomy, identity mapping, and data quality across web, mobile, and server-side sources.
  • Own the Rockerbox attribution platform and investigate channel-level performance, attribution anomalies, and consent-related impacts.
  • Build and maintain the measurement layer for Member and Host Growth experiments, including success metrics, pre/post cohorts, and statistical validity.
  • Partner with the marketing automation team to ensure Iterable-based behavioral triggers, segmentation, and campaign performance data are accurate and actionable.
  • Audit automation flows and downstream marketing data pipelines to ensure clean, reliable data reaches Salesforce and analytics tools.
  • Develop AI-augmented workflows for repetitive marketing analytics tasks such as reporting, anomaly detection, and data quality checks.
  • Collaborate with Data, Performance Marketing, and Product teams to scale measurement infrastructure across Snowflake, Segment, AppsFlyer, Google/Meta, and related systems.
  • Own marketing dashboards in Hex and other BI tools to provide a single source of truth for CAC, conversion velocity, funnel efficiency, and attribution.
  • Diagnose and resolve attribution and data quality issues independently rather than escalating them.

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on experience managing a Segment workspace, including event schemas, sources, destinations, identity resolution, and data governance.
  • Hands-on experience with Rockerbox, AppsFlyer, or a comparable multi-touch attribution platform.
  • Experience connecting marketing, CRM, attribution, and reporting systems using tools such as Zapier or Make.
  • Strong SQL proficiency with the ability to write complex analytical queries using CTEs, window functions, and cohort logic.
  • Snowflake or BigQuery experience preferred.
  • Strong Python proficiency preferred, including data manipulation, pipeline scripting, or analysis automation.
  • Hands-on experience building something with an LLM, prompt workflow, automated analysis pipeline, or similar AI/automation tool.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle/ESP/CRM analytics platforms such as Iterable or Braze.
  • Marketing analytics fluency, including CAC, LTV, funnel conversion rates, ROAS, and channel-specific nuances.
  • Strong written and spoken English for daily async collaboration with a US-based team.
  • Experience designing measurement frameworks for A/B tests, including cohort construction, metric selection, and results interpretation.
