Description

  • Conduct structured customer discovery through interviews, advisory touchpoints, and Gong signal analysis to validate new capabilities against real customer pain points.
  • Write and share product strategy summaries for Pacvue’s emerging product suite.
  • Track platform updates, channel changes, and ecosystem shifts across programmatic, retail media, and social commerce.
  • Gather and organize feedback from CS, Sales, Support, and Gong into clear summaries for Product and TPM.
  • Own the product narrative for ecosystem partner conversations and prepare materials for external industry touchpoints such as IAB.
  • Collaborate with PMM to identify and highlight value and real-world industry context in go-to-market materials.
  • Partner with Business Solutions and Sales Enablement to route and resolve external product requests.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration between Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales on product launches and positioning.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of total experience.
  • 2–3+ years in product management.
  • 2–3+ years in product strategy, product marketing, or a growth-adjacent function.
  • Experience participating in or supporting structured customer conversations such as interviews, feedback sessions, and advisory touchpoints.
  • Experience organizing customer feedback into useful, actionable summaries.
  • Some exposure to go-to-market launch coordination for software or platform products.
  • Experience working across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Comfort working with usage metrics and customer feedback to build recommendations.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain product concepts to a non-technical commercial audience.
