Description

  • Own the vision, multi-year strategy, roadmap, and business success metrics for the AI security portfolio on the Pathfinder platform.
  • Lead the product organization as a senior executive and drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, go-to-market, and leadership teams.
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product managers and define the operating model for discovery, roadmap, and delivery.
  • Drive 0-to-1 product development from design-partner validation through general availability.
  • Represent BeyondTrust externally with customers, analysts, boards, advisory councils, and at industry events.
  • Own go-to-market strategy in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Sales Engineering leadership.
  • Serve as the internal and external authority on the agentic AI threat landscape and translate research into product decisions.
  • Lead the design partner program and executive-level engagement with CISOs and security architects.
  • Shape competitive strategy across identity security and agentic security markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, security research, or technical strategy.
  • Significant depth in cybersecurity, identity security, or cloud security.
  • 5+ years of product leadership experience, including building and scaling teams.
  • Experience managing other managers preferred.
  • Experience running a product line, P&L, and go-to-market motion.
  • Experience shipping AI-native products where AI changes the core value proposition.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
  • Deep command of identity security, including PAM, IAM, secrets management, workload identity, and NHI lifecycle management.
  • Strong technical fluency in AI/ML systems and the agentic threat surface.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Hands-on familiarity with agentic frameworks and modern AI security tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or Claude Agent SDK.
  • Recognized external voice through conference keynotes, published research, or analyst relationships preferred.
  • Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, or SEC cyber disclosure requirements preferred.
