Description

  • Lead frontier efforts across emerging DoorDash business lines.
  • Own end-to-end strategy and operational execution for new initiatives.
  • Take ideas from R&D and 0-to-1 teams and scale them across the DoorDash ecosystem.
  • Work cross-functionally with R&D, product, finance, marketing, and business development teams.
  • Partner with external stakeholders to bring new businesses to market.
  • Identify and solve high-leverage problems that drive growth.
  • Operate as a hands-on individual contributor and jump into problems of any size.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve clarity and focus in ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Help build, attract, hire, retain, and scale a world-class organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally with startup and/or founder experience.
  • Early, heavy adoption of AI tools to solve complex and ambiguous problems.
  • Proven track record of driving significant, company-wide impact.
  • Ability to move quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong clarity of thought and ability to articulate a clear vision to cross-functional partners.
  • Skilled in executive management and communication, including managing up and across senior leaders.
  • Strong leadership and maturity to help build and scale a world-class organization.
  • Willingness to take on any task and lead from the front.
  • Experience working with or alongside senior leadership in a highly cross-functional environment (preferred).
