Description

  • Lead cross-functional patient-engagement projects from brief through launch, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-brand delivery.
  • Manage relationships with selected patient-advocacy organizations, including sponsorship deliverables and co-branded assets.
  • Coordinate educational and promotional event logistics, including booth materials, shipping, staffing, and lead-capture technology.
  • Consolidate digital marketing metrics into executive dashboards connecting engagement with pipeline and patient KPIs.
  • Track spending, reconcile invoices, and maintain accurate budget forecasts.
  • Manage production timelines for patient videos, case studies, blogs, and other storytelling assets with Creative and Medical Affairs.
  • Create project timelines, RACIs, and risk-mitigation plans while presenting progress to executive leaders.
  • Navigate legal and compliance review cycles in a fast-paced regulated healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • 4–10 years of project or program-management experience in diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare marketing, or patient advocacy.
  • Experience in oncology or another regulated healthcare environment.
  • Direct or indirect experience with patient-focused educational campaigns and advocacy engagements.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in healthcare, science, or business is preferred.
  • Strong project-management, organizational, communication, and budget-stewardship skills.
  • Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, patient-friendly language.
  • Proficiency with project-management platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Comfort presenting progress to executive leaders and coordinating cross-functional teams.
