Description

  • Participate in client meetings to understand data requirements and recommend solutions for business use cases.
  • Own the technical relationship with the company’s most strategic and largest prospective clients.
  • Design workflows to integrate Oxylabs’ solutions into clients’ systems.
  • Lead requirements discovery sessions, solution presentations, Proof of Concept builds, and client workshops.
  • Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to demonstrate potential solutions effectively.
  • Use knowledge of web scraping, data structures, and anti-bot bypass techniques to support and guide clients.
  • Provide technical guidance to help customers onboard quickly and successfully.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management on prospective and existing customer engagements.
  • Curate structured product feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Train the sales team on product details, upcoming releases, competitive analysis, and common customer environments and third-party applications.

Requirements

  • Strong networking foundation, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS/MTLS, proxies, load balancing, and NAT/VPN.
  • Strong data background, including APIs, data pipelines, quality/validation, normalization, and monitoring for data flows.
  • Familiarity with digital-native architectures such as APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns.
  • Hands-on debugging experience across multiple layers of the stack.
  • Practical experience with at least one global cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Practical experience with at least one China cloud platform such as Alibaba, Tencent, Huawei, or Byteplus.
  • Experience designing and delivering Proof of Concepts, including scoping, instrumentation, measurable outcomes, and clear handover.
  • Proven experience operating within China’s internet environment and Great Firewall constraints.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and meeting facilitation skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • Eligibility and willingness to travel to Europe, Mainland China, and the APAC region.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with product owners, software engineers, and chief technology officers.
