Description

  • Translate talent and business questions into analysis such as performance trends, funnel modeling, forecast modeling, and capacity planning.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for Executive Leaders and the Talent team.
  • Conduct hands-on data analysis using SQL, BI tools, and Excel/Sheets to generate hiring insights.
  • Support the design and optimization of talent systems with a focus on workflow clarity, data quality, usability, and adoption.
  • Serve as the analytical link between Talent, business leaders, and cross-functional partners such as Operations and Finance.
  • Lead programs and build infrastructure that improve recruiting operations at scale.
  • Drive adoption of new systems and processes across teams.
  • Use data to inform hiring strategy and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with recruiting, candidate experience, and business stakeholders, including hiring managers and operations teams.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience in an analytical, operations, or business strategy role such as BizOps, RevOps, data analytics, people/talent operations, or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical toolkit including SQL, BI tools such as Looker or Tableau, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Experience working in talent systems.
  • Systems-thinking mindset with an interest in making workflows cleaner, simpler, and more scalable.
  • Ability to frame ambiguous problems clearly and exercise strong judgment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights simply and influence decisions.
  • Builder’s mindset that is scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable creating clarity from complexity.
  • Bachelor’s degree or other formal education is not specified in the posting.
  • Experience with recruiting operations or business operations in a high-growth environment is a plus.
