Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Meet response-time goals and maintain service levels.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction while handling support requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer needs.
  • Follow company procedures and support processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • English proficiency at a C1 level or higher with a slight to neutral accent.
  • Experience using CRM or ticketing systems.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
