Description

Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Meet response-time goals and maintain service levels.
Maintain customer satisfaction while handling support requests.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer needs.
Follow company procedures and support processes.

Requirements

2+ years of customer service experience.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
English proficiency at a C1 level or higher with a slight to neutral accent.
Experience using CRM or ticketing systems.
Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Salesforce is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset.
Reliable internet connection.
Availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
