Description

  • Administer sales compensation plans with accurate and timely Xactly setup, attainment reconciliations, and earnings reviews.
  • Partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, Human Resources, and GTM stakeholders to support compensation plan execution.
  • Identify operational issues and process improvements, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop solutions.
  • Support accruals and ad hoc reporting for the Sales Compensation team.
  • Respond to employee questions about commissions and compensation policies in a timely manner.
  • Document assigned sales compensation processes and maintain clear process records.
  • Assist with Xactly implementation and reporting development, including testing support.
  • Provide coverage for other Sales Compensation functions as needed.
  • Take on ad hoc projects and special assignments.
  • Help ensure compensation processes are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales compensation experience.
  • Xactly administration experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and modeling.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Ability to interpret and apply compensation policies accurately and in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner across departments and levels of the organization.
