Description

  • Own the Conversation Intelligence vision, strategy, and field operating model for the company’s AI sales methodology.
  • Define standards for what the field inspects, coaches, automates, and measures using CI.
  • Design, implement, and govern conversation taxonomy, tagging standards, scorecards, inspection cadences, and call libraries.
  • Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards that provide visibility across business lines and leadership.
  • Establish a Voice of the Customer strategy that feeds insights back into Sales, Product, Marketing, and Leadership.
  • Partner with AI and Product teams to create AI-first workflows that turn CI insights into seller and manager actions.
  • Enable automation for call summaries, follow-ups, CRM hygiene, activity capture, deal risk detection, and intervention signals.
  • Equip frontline managers with CI-powered coaching systems and deal-specific coaching interventions.
  • Partner with Enablement to translate CI insights into talk-track standards, objection handling, and persona-based messaging.
  • Serve as the CI authority across Sales, Rev Ops, Enablement, Marketing, Product, and Sales Consulting, influencing adoption through standards and operating principles.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Solutions Consulting leadership, or Revenue Intelligence roles.
  • Customer-facing experience is required.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Conversational Intelligence or Revenue Intelligence platforms.
  • Strong understanding of modern AI concepts and their practical application in GTM workflows.
  • Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies and inspection models.
  • Experience designing CI programs at scale.
  • Background partnering with Product, Data, or AI teams.
  • Prior ownership of cross-functional operating models.
  • Experience in a GTM strategist role or similar strategic field operations role is preferred.
  • The annual on-target earnings range is $164,000 to $207,000, with possible incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
