Description

  • Lead AI agent pilots and implementations in real customer environments to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Deploy and configure AI Revenue Agents across customer sales processes and GTM workflows.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps stakeholders to map business processes and identify AI use cases.
  • Customize and tune agent behavior using prompts, data integrations, routing logic, and system configurations.
  • Build reusable implementation patterns, success criteria, and supporting collateral to scale deployments.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, Product, and Engineering by sharing structured feedback and roadmap input.
  • Train customer teams and support readiness, change management, documentation, and functional enablement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation or deployment roles such as Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, or FDE roles.
  • Experience with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or prompt engineering is a plus.
  • Technical experience with SaaS integrations, APIs, data pipelines, or CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of sales workflows including prospecting, discovery, pipeline management, and deal review.
  • Ability to translate complex business processes into clear, executable deployment plans.
  • Strong communication skills for working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative implementation models such as pilots, MVPs, and rollouts.
  • Comfort working directly with revenue teams including Sales, SDRs, Ops, and Enablement.
  • Curious, customer-obsessed, and excited by real-world applications of AI.
  • Experience with AI copilots, agents, or LLM-powered tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Outreach platform and its ecosystem is preferred.
  • Background in Revenue Operations or GTM consulting is preferred.
  • Experience with scripting tools or languages such as Python, SQL, or Postman for light configuration or debugging is preferred.
