Description

  • Prospect, qualify, and build pipeline within an assigned territory.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for new accounts, including research, prospecting, advising, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Develop and deliver account plans using the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer business challenges and needs.
  • Demonstrate how the Outreach platform supports prospect outcomes and business value.
  • Partner with internal teams across go-to-market, finance, and leadership to drive and close business.
  • Negotiate contracts with C-suite, finance, procurement, and technical stakeholders.
  • Translate prospect needs into accurate scoping and success criteria for implementation handoff.
  • Ensure a smooth transition to professional services and account management for adoption and expansion.
  • Maintain pipeline coverage, quota attainment, and accurate forecasting.
  • Operate with high integrity while following internal processes and sales methodologies.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales lifecycle management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience selling complex, AI-powered solutions to small and medium organizations.
  • Experience selling through a top-down executive motion.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to present metrics and ROI.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience across C-suite, finance, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Executive presence and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective project management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • High drive and initiative to keep opportunities moving forward.
  • Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies and how they can improve workflow and customer outcomes.
  • Location in or ability to work remotely or from Seattle, WA.
