Description

  • Design and deliver customized training programs for different client user personas.
  • Define, track, and report on adoption metrics and training effectiveness.
  • Analyze client usage data to identify low-adoption accounts and address friction points.
  • Advise client leadership through change management as they move from manual to automated workflows.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to share feedback on user friction discovered during onboarding and training.
  • Map existing client workflows and re-engineer them into streamlined Ottimate solutions.
  • Identify project risks, align stakeholders on critical-path commitments, and help keep implementations on schedule.
  • Lead configuration and training sessions that improve client adoption and product usage.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in Customer Implementation, Enablement, Corporate Training, or Product Adoption within a SaaS environment.
  • Ability to translate complex technical functionality into simple, actionable steps for non-technical users.
  • Strong presentation skills for both 1:1 deep dives and large-group presentations of 50+ people.
  • Strong understanding of the Accounts Payable lifecycle or general B2B financial operations, highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as required.
