Description

Design and deliver customized training programs for different client user personas.
Define, track, and report on adoption metrics and training effectiveness.
Analyze client usage data to identify low-adoption accounts and address friction points.
Advise client leadership through change management as they move from manual to automated workflows.
Partner with Product and Engineering to share feedback on user friction discovered during onboarding and training.
Map existing client workflows and re-engineer them into streamlined Ottimate solutions.
Identify project risks, align stakeholders on critical-path commitments, and help keep implementations on schedule.
Lead configuration and training sessions that improve client adoption and product usage.

Requirements

1-5 years of experience in Customer Implementation, Enablement, Corporate Training, or Product Adoption within a SaaS environment.
Ability to translate complex technical functionality into simple, actionable steps for non-technical users.
Strong presentation skills for both 1:1 deep dives and large-group presentations of 50+ people.
Strong understanding of the Accounts Payable lifecycle or general B2B financial operations, highly preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Working knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to travel up to 10% as required.

$70,000-$80,000 base salary plus a 10% annual bonus.
