Description

  • Develop and execute field marketing strategy across North America, including flagship tradeshows, regional conferences, and dinners.
  • Create scalable sales-led and partner-led event programs focused on key accounts and industries.
  • Manage internal company events, including a major role in the annual Otticon conference.
  • Work with design and product marketing teams to create event themes, booth buildouts, and supporting collateral.
  • Oversee end-to-end event logistics, troubleshoot issues in real time, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Source, manage, and build relationships with event vendors, partners, and suppliers.
  • Track event performance, ensure accurate CRM attribution, and analyze ROI to improve future programs.
  • Create pre-event prospecting lists for onsite meetings with sales and report event outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Partner with enablement to prepare attendees and coordinate with customer marketing to create strong customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of field or event marketing experience, preferably at a SaaS company.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including strong written and verbal English.
  • Strong vendor management, logistics coordination, multitasking, and real-time problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-touch, fast-paced, innovative environment with occasional travel required.
  • Highly organized and able to manage several events simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Digital marketing experience is considered an asset.
  • Experience working in a contractor or full-time capacity is relevant to the role.
  • Comfort working remotely in the USA, with Tampa, FL preferred.
