Description

  • Lead execution of the ABM strategy across multichannel campaigns including email, display, content, events, and social media.
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize ABM campaign performance to maximize ROI and pipeline impact.
  • Define, segment, and prioritize high-potential accounts using data and insights, and collaborate with sales and product to identify target accounts and personas.
  • Drive brand awareness initiatives within the ideal customer profile via organic social, events, and content syndication.
  • Provide sales enablement by delivering real-time campaign and web activity insights on warm accounts and optimizing lead hand-off processes.
  • Own Ottimate’s presence at physical and virtual events to maximize engagement with partners, prospects, and customers.
  • Establish KPIs for ABM and holistic marketing performance and deliver regular reporting on account engagement, pipeline velocity, sales cycle, and revenue impact.
  • Leverage and manage the marketing technology stack (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Drift, 6Sense) to personalize campaigns, track account engagement, and streamline processes.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of data-driven marketing professionals and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Execute hands-on marketing activities as needed, including writing copy, running webinars, attending events, and closing project tasks.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing or related roles.
  • Willingness to travel as required for events and in-person engagements.
  • Proven track record of scaling performance marketing in high-growth businesses or startups.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic goals into measurable financial targets and to manage teams against those metrics.
  • Deep fluency in martech and experience integrating complex, multi-platform systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Drift, 6Sense).
  • B2B SaaS experience, preferably within a high-growth startup environment.
  • Innovative thinker with a history of driving new initiatives and continuously improving marketing performance.
