Description

  • Own and scale the full mobile growth funnel: Acquisition, Activation, Engagement, Retention, and Monetization.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize mobile app install and conversion campaigns across Meta Ads, Google UAC, TikTok, Snapchat, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Optimize key performance metrics including CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and retention.
  • Lead continuous testing of audiences, creatives (video/static/UGC), and messaging angles to improve performance.
  • Analyze in-app user behavior and translate insights into data-driven growth initiatives and experiments.
  • Design and execute in-app lifecycle campaigns (push, in-app messages, email/SMS when applicable).
  • Improve onboarding, activation rates, retention (D1/D7/D30), and DAU/MAU metrics.
  • Manage re-engagement and win-back campaigns to reduce churn.
  • Own analytics, attribution, and reporting using Firebase, AppsFlyer/Adjust, and GA4; build dashboards for funnel performance, cohort analysis, and LTV vs CAC.
  • Optimize App Store and Google Play presence (ASO), run A/B tests, collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Engineering, and Creative teams, and manage budgets to maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (required).
  • 5+ years of experience in Mobile App Growth & Performance Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience marketing mobile apps on iOS and Android platforms.
  • Proven experience scaling mobile apps and improving CPI and LTV.
  • Strong understanding of growth funnels, user behavior, and mobile analytics.
  • Highly data-driven with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with analytics and attribution tools such as Firebase, AppsFlyer or Adjust, and GA4.
  • Experience running campaigns on Meta Ads, Google UAC, TikTok, Snapchat, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Nice to have: experience with subscription-based or e-commerce apps, knowledge of Product-Led Growth (PLG), and experience mentoring or leading growth teams.
