Description

  • Develop a strong understanding of Oscar’s processes, procedures, tools, and business model.
  • Handle customer interactions with members, brokers, providers, and vendors across multiple channels as assigned.
  • Manage an assigned caseload while meeting service, productivity, and quality expectations.
  • Build working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Identify issues and support the leadership team through established escalation pathways.
  • Monitor and track the status of assigned work-in-progress issues.
  • Escalate and resolve issues to help ensure appropriate turnaround times.
  • Participate in process improvement projects.
  • Follow operational, regulatory, and compliance standards related to member Personal Health Information (PHI).
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused environment.
  • 6+ months of healthcare experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must reside in Arizona.
  • Full-time availability with Monday through Friday schedule options.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English with full professional proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking (preferred).
  • Strong quantitative or analytical skills focused on identifying or solving problems (preferred).
  • Experience manipulating and entering accurate data (preferred).
  • Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities (preferred).
