Description

  • Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects, including project planning, vendor management, relationship coordination, edge case mitigation, and on-time delivery.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to represent the department’s needs and interests in company-wide initiatives.
  • Create, gather, analyze, and interpret data and metrics to evaluate departmental performance and support mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop proactive implementation, communication, and program strategies for change management and risk mitigation.
  • Mentor team members and support colleagues’ growth and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program management and design within the healthcare space.
  • 2+ years of experience delivering projects or programs independently and in a team environment.
  • 1+ year of experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements in programs (preferred).
  • Experience in a fast-paced operations environment (preferred).
  • Experience executing enterprise-wide initiatives, including defining project plans, coordinating resources, managing implementation activities, and supporting rollout and ongoing operations (preferred).
  • PMP certification or other program management certification (preferred).
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification (preferred).
  • 1+ year of SQL experience (preferred).
  • Healthcare experience in health insurance, health systems, or healthcare consulting (preferred).
