Description

  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve sales outcomes.
  • Support teams across all segments by implementing data monitoring systems.
  • Assess compliance and monitor interactions across multiple lines of business.
  • Track quality process requirements, call scoring, and calibration.
  • Lead investigative projects to identify improvements in behaviors, processes, procedures, tools, training, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations stakeholders to drive accountability in quality programs.
  • Analyze data using LLMs, Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and related tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Deliver insights on the quality of sales team engagements across segments, regions, and industries.
  • Help build and embed a sustainable quality function and culture.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations, Quality, Management Consulting, or Program Management.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment or a fast-paced IT consulting role is preferred.
  • Proven track record launching quality projects that measurably improve team productivity and customer outcomes.
  • Ability to ramp quickly on business priorities and derive insights from data.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills with account reps, managers, and technical teams.
  • Ability to stay poised under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on process improvement and documentation.
  • Experience with Gong and/or Salesforce is preferred.
  • Project management or industry certifications such as COPC or PMP are preferred.
  • Must be a remote candidate residing in Canada.

  • Annual base salary of CAD $113,050 to $133,000.
