Description

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and proactively elicit needs from stakeholders.
  • Define the system landscape and identify gaps between current and desired future states.
  • Create requirements documentation, including use cases and functional specifications.
  • Develop workflow diagrams to document current and future business environments.
  • Create wireframes to ensure the user interface is clearly understood by the client.
  • Communicate across business, technology, and QA teams and resolve user issues when needed.
  • Lead the functional team in selecting the best implementation approach, including declarative, programmatic, or AppExchange solutions.
  • Lead hands-on deployments across sandboxes and production orgs.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps, and AppExchange offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, including end-to-end implementations from scratch.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations across different business systems and integration tools.
  • Strong experience in advanced Salesforce configuration, process automation, and implementation following Salesforce best practices.
  • Exceptional client management skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience directing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of when to use declarative configuration versus Apex and Visualforce.
  • Salesforce certifications are required, and candidates should be open to obtaining additional certifications.
  • Good written and spoken English at B2 level or higher.
  • Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies is required.
  • Must be located in Costa Rica and legally authorized to work as a citizen, resident, or valid work visa holder.
  • Comfortable working from home with a reliable internet connection.
