Description

  • Lead technical discussions for incoming opportunities, including discovery calls, technical qualification, architecture questions, pitches, and demos.
  • Work with customers to understand complex workflows, design pilots, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design and build functional prototypes suitable for handover to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Lead architecture deep dives, technical workshops, and sessions on data integration and application customization.
  • Document customer requirements and context when handing won opportunities to Product and Engineering.
  • Represent market feedback to Product and inform roadmap priorities based on recurring customer needs.
  • Maintain reusable demo assets, reference prototypes, architecture diagrams, integration guides, and FAQs.
  • Identify and communicate platform gaps and prototyping friction to relevant product teams.

Requirements

  • Hands-on knowledge of platform architecture and integration concepts.
  • Ability to build functional prototypes quickly to a standard others can maintain and extend.
  • Experience working directly with customers and explaining technical concepts to engineers, business stakeholders, and executives.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex architectures to technical and executive audiences.
  • Structured approach to documenting trade-offs between commercial and product priorities.
  • Fluent German and English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% nationally and internationally.
  • Authorization to work in Germany.
