Description

  • Manage a large book of business and maintain strong relationships with new and existing advertisers.
  • Monitor client budgets, spend pacing, and performance against expectations to support revenue growth.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients across onboarding, performance feedback, creative changes, reporting, and campaign recommendations.
  • Prepare and present formal business reviews to top clients.
  • Partner with the Account Director to identify, create, and implement client solutions that deliver measurable business results.
  • Educate clients and agencies on ad solutions, best practices, and Fluent’s inventory offerings.
  • Understand client KPIs and communicate performance metrics internally to support optimization.
  • Proactively identify new revenue opportunities and expand business within established accounts.
  • Coordinate onboarding and campaign build flow with sales, creative, media, and operations teams.
  • Oversee monthly billable numbers and submit them to finance for invoicing.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience managing a book of business within digital performance marketing.
  • Experience in the digital performance space.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong math and analytical skills.
  • High proficiency in Excel, including the ability to use functions to analyze complex data sets.
  • Proficiency with industry tracking software.
  • Attention to client budgets, spend targets, and revenue pacing.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter mentality.
  • Management experience preferred.
