Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals onboarding as Authorized Treatment Centers.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders at treatment sites.
  • Lead site onboarding activities, including qualification, training, and workflow setup.
  • Assess and support logistics and operational readiness from donor collection through product infusion.
  • Oversee product-handling training and ensure Chain of Identity and Chain of Custody compliance.
  • Partner with Account Management, Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Market Access, Quality, and Marketing to resolve treatment barriers.
  • Communicate operational updates and site feedback between ATCs and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze onboarding timelines and site activities to identify opportunities to improve time to activation.
  • Represent Orca Bio at conferences and professional meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required; advanced degree in a scientific or business field preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments, preferably in cell therapy.
  • Proven account management experience, preferably in oncology, hematology, or cell therapy.
  • Strong operational understanding of academic medical centers and/or BMT transplant centers.
  • MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in hematology/oncology or bone marrow transplantation preferred.
  • Previous experience launching or supporting cell or gene therapy products preferred.
  • Familiarity with site operations, patient access pathways, and clinical treatment logistics preferred.
  • Prior experience working in cross-functional, field-based teams preferred.
  • Must live in the assigned territory and be willing to travel up to 50%.
