Description

  • Serve as the primary operational liaison to NMDP and other domestic and international registry partners across clinical and commercial programs.
  • Manage the full registry partnership lifecycle, including onboarding, alignment, issue escalation, and business reviews.
  • Track and evaluate registry, donor center, and apheresis center performance against service levels and resolve operational gaps.
  • Act as the internal and external single point of contact for donor services issue reporting and resolution.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable donor cell acquisition processes for Orca-T and other programs.
  • Incorporate transplant center feedback and industry best practices into donor services workflows.
  • Author standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process maps.
  • Inform product requirements for OrcaLink donor request workflows with attention to transplant center experience and legal/regulatory compliance.
  • Assess capacity constraints across apheresis and patient operations infrastructure and coordinate solutions with partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7 years of professional experience.
  • 5 years of direct experience in hematopoietic cell transplantation, unrelated donor coordination, or cell therapy operations with direct PBSC workflow exposure.
  • Direct experience working within a registry or donor center.
  • Working knowledge of donor search, workup, and collection processes.
  • Familiarity with WMDA, FDA 21 CFR, and FACT regulatory or accreditation requirements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in multi-party, time-sensitive clinical or operational settings.
  • Customer service mentality.
  • Experience in donor cell acquisition or transplant ecosystem operations is preferred.
  • Experience supporting commercial-scale operations in a biotechnology or cell therapy environment is preferred.
