Description

  • Manage multiple concurrent client projects to keep them on schedule and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison for executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Lead implementation teams of data engineers, analytics engineers, and AI specialists.
  • Run sprint or Kanban planning and execution using agile practices.
  • Develop project plans and roadmaps, including timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to define business requirements.
  • Ensure architecture decisions and data implementations align with business objectives.
  • Present project progress and deliverables to client stakeholders with clear visual storytelling.
  • Communicate project health, delivery value, renewal risks, and expansion opportunities to executive and account management teams.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve delivery capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, preferably in data analytics or AI implementation.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in data-driven environments.
  • Previous exposure to Snowflake, DBT, or similar modern data stack technologies preferred.
  • Strong understanding of analytics engineering and data engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
  • Experience building and presenting strategic roadmaps for data initiatives.
  • Background managing multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools, particularly in marketing or analytics contexts.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Prior consulting experience in mid-market or enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain client relationships while driving business outcomes.
  • History of successful on-time, on-budget project delivery.
  • Must be a resident or green card holder of the U.S., U.K., or Canada, and sponsorship is not available.
