Description

  • Prospect and identify new opportunities within existing enterprise law firm customers.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with key contacts and stakeholders across assigned firms.
  • Manage a consultative sales process from discovery through close.
  • Develop and execute account management strategies to expand revenue within current clients.
  • Grow Opus 2's reach within assigned firms by initiating, developing, and expanding new users.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quota in the assigned territory.
  • Work cross-functionally to create detailed account plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast in the CRM.
  • Communicate customer product feedback to support product development, marketing plans, and sales strategy.
  • Participate in marketing events, trade shows, client meetings, and company events as needed.

Requirements

  • Successful experience selling technology solutions into Top 200 North American law firms or Global 100 law firms.
  • Experience in the litigation space of LegalTech is preferred.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
  • Ability to earn credibility with C-suite and senior leaders in large global organizations.
  • Proven track record of sales success, forecasting accuracy, and consistently achieving 100%+ of performance goals.
  • Strong consultative selling skills for managing complex sales cycles with multiple influencers and decision-makers.
  • Executive presence with exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver persuasive presentations in virtual and in-person settings, including 1:1, small group, formal, and informal interactions.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office and Salesforce CRM.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for in-person meetings with law firm leaders.
