Description

  • Generate qualified leads using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and email campaigns for vertical-specific prospects.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently while coordinating quoting, invoicing, and fulfillment with finance and operations teams.
  • Maintain Salesforce data hygiene, including data entry, custom field updates, and reporting dashboards.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and hand off warm leads to Solutions Sales Managers with detailed notes.
  • Track team metrics such as lead conversion and order accuracy.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to support operational efficiency.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders across phone, email, chat, and CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or sales operations support.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Customer-first mindset.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn quickly; experience in hardware or software sales is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional business environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and respond effectively via phone, email, and electronic platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
