Description

  • Manage support tickets for core business systems through resolution, including triage, configuration fixes, vendor follow-up, and change validation.
  • Assist with system administration tasks such as user management and configuration updates for assigned platforms.
  • Coordinate vendor follow-up, issue tracking, open ticket status, and renewal timelines for operational technology systems.
  • Support system implementations by contributing to requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, data preparation, testing, and end-user training.
  • Gather user requirements, document current-state workflows, and produce basic requirements documentation to support system improvements.
  • Manage project trackers and coordinate cross-functional tasks, keeping milestones, status, and ownership current.
  • Support change management for system updates by coordinating rollout communications, assisting with training delivery, and documenting adoption gaps.
  • Build and deliver training materials for systems within scope and ensure end users have the resources needed to use systems consistently.
  • Map and document operational workflows across recruiting, sales, onboarding, and back-office functions to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain lightweight integrations and automations using available tools, and test AI and automation tools within assigned system scope.
  • Maintain SOPs, system documentation, and process guides, and support data integrity, reporting, and dashboard creation.

Requirements

  • Remote candidates must live within the Atlanta, GA, Austin, TX, Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Greenville, SC, Houston, TX, or Raleigh, NC metro areas.
  • Experience supporting core business systems such as ATS, CRM, reporting tools, and integrations.
  • Experience with system administration tasks including user management and configuration updates.
  • Experience gathering requirements and documenting workflows or business processes.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, testing, and end-user training.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, issue tracking, and project workstreams.
  • Ability to build lightweight integrations and automations using available tools.
  • Ability to test AI and automation tools and present findings with supporting rationale.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain documentation, trackers, and SOPs.
  • Preferred exposure to recruiting, sales, onboarding, or back-office operational workflows.
