Description

  • Manage full life cycle implementations of S/4HANA in SAP Finance and/or Controlling.
  • Evaluate business requirements and identify relevant SAP capabilities and best practices.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute Fit-Gap and Fit-to-Standard workshops.
  • Design solutions for identified gaps and business process improvement measures.
  • Support system implementation together with nearshore and offshore team members.
  • Act as a sparring partner for the client and support project management responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in this area.
  • 3-5 full project lifecycles of experience in SAP FI/CO and/or FSCM.
  • Profound Finance and Controlling process experience with the ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications.
  • S/4HANA project experience and/or certification.
  • Experience in international template rollout projects preferred.
  • Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for different audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Project-related mobility and willingness to travel.
