Description

Work directly with product managers, designers, and other developers to build and ship features.
Adapt and iterate quickly based on user feedback and product metrics.
Own software architecture decisions, code reviews, and bug resolution.
Help shape and evolve the Android technology stack.
Craft, build, test, and deliver the Android application.
Collaborate with delivery managers, iOS and web developers, and partner teams.
Maintain a strong focus on product quality, visual design, UX, code quality, and customer satisfaction.
Support software design and contribute to engineering best practices in a dynamic agile environment.

Requirements

5+ years of professional Android development experience.
Expertise in Jetpack Compose, including UI state management and interoperability with XML/View-based layouts.
Proficiency in Kotlin, including Coroutines and Flow.
Deep understanding of Android architecture principles, from UI patterns such as MVP, MVVM, and MVI to modular platform architecture.
Experience with networking libraries such as Retrofit and with local persistence.
Experience with APIs, third-party libraries, and SDK integrations.
A testing-first mindset with experience in JUnit and Compose UI Testing.
Strong debugging skills and a passion for optimizing app performance and memory usage.
Experience working in a remote or globally distributed environment is helpful.
Interest in hospitality or restaurant-focused products is a plus.
