Description

  • Support onboarding and deployment for new customers during their first 90 days on the platform.
  • Configure systems and complete technical setup for new deployments, including system builds, module configuration, and integration connections.
  • Work closely with Performance Strategists on key accounts to deliver the technical implementation behind customer strategies.
  • Help club, league, federation, and organization staff use the platform effectively and stay updated on new features.
  • Run platform demos with Performance Strategists and Sales teams for prospects and customers.
  • Provide responsive customer support through the in-platform support system for assigned accounts.
  • Handle account administration tasks such as account creation, report generation, dashboard building, system maintenance, and manual upload guidance.
  • Log feature requests, document bugs, and support product and migration testing by sharing customer feedback with Product and Technology.
  • Support customers globally across regions and time zones.

Requirements

  • Background in sport, high performance, or a related field, or a clear understanding of elite and semi-professional sporting organizations.
  • Curiosity about technology and strong aptitude for SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and understand how it works.
  • Comfort with technical, configuration-heavy work and complex system setups.
  • Methodical approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-first mindset.
  • Comfort working across time zones with a global customer base.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with an athlete management system or sports performance, analytics, or athlete data platform (bonus).
  • Knowledge of Irish football or the domestic league and club structure in Ireland (bonus).
  • Experience in customer-facing, implementation, onboarding, or technical support roles, ideally in sport or sports technology (bonus).
  • Experience working with professional or semi-professional teams, leagues, or governing bodies (bonus).
