Description

  • Lead, mentor, and hire a team of Account Executives to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Develop annual forecasts and strategic sales plans to drive regional growth.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to support team development and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align on organizational initiatives and deliver outcomes for the business and customers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of OpenTable’s products and services to support complex prospect scenarios.
  • Travel up to 40% to support the team in the field and adapt strategies to local market needs.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in sales and team management, including building and leading successful sales or business development teams.
  • Fluent in both French and English.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members effectively.
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% as required by the role.
  • Experience running strategic business units within the technology or hospitality sectors (preferred).
  • Exceptional adaptability and creativity in overcoming business challenges and driving innovative solutions (preferred).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of driving complex organizational initiatives (preferred).

  • Vacation accrual of 25 days per year plus RTTs.

  • Base salary of €70,000-75,000 with a quarterly bonus and target OTE of €100,000.
