Description

  • Lead the overall management of a major segment of restaurant customers.
  • Resolve customer cases and tasks on a daily basis.
  • Turn customer and platform data into actionable insights that drive behavior change and adoption.
  • Work closely with restaurant partners to increase engagement and reservation availability.
  • Respond to concerns from Customer Support and field teams.
  • Deliver remote presentations and training to restaurant customers.
  • Inspire customers to rethink their business and adopt OpenTable more effectively.
  • Consistently meet or exceed team and individual goals.
  • Reduce customer churn across the assigned portfolio.

Requirements

  • Experience as an account manager.
  • Ability to sell solutions in a consultative, long-term value-focused way.
  • Deep firsthand knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality.
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet ambitious goals and deadlines.
  • Strong storytelling and persuasion skills for influencing customer perspective.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, training, active listening, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized with excellent documentation and time management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM.
  • University degree preferred.
  • High command of business English.
  • Experience working in unstructured, fast-paced environments is preferred.
