Description

  • Lead the overall management of OpenTable’s most valuable customer segment.
  • Resolve customer cases and tasks on a daily basis.
  • Share data with restaurants to influence behavior and drive adoption of the platform.
  • Work closely with customers to increase engagement and reservation availability.
  • Respond to restaurant partner concerns from Customer Support and field teams.
  • Deliver remote presentations and training to restaurant customers.
  • Encourage customers to rethink their business practices to improve mutual success.
  • Meet and exceed team and individual goals consistently.
  • Contribute to reducing customer churn.
  • Collaborate across departments to solve problems and achieve results.

Requirements

  • Full professional fluency in both French and English.
  • Account management experience.
  • Proven record of consultative selling and/or account management.
  • Deep knowledge of restaurant operations.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and against ambitious goals and deadlines.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to challenge and reframe customer perspectives.
  • Ability to use data to advise and persuade others in business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, listening, influencing, and training skills.
  • Strong organization, documentation, and time management skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or an equivalent CRM solution is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience working in an unstructured and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and results-driven.
  • Validated ability to work across many departments.
