Description

  • Lead end-to-end customer onboarding from kickoff through go-live, including discovery, configuration, integration, training, and handoff.
  • Own each deployment and remain accountable for the outcome from first customer contact through production success.
  • Configure AI agents in the platform by building conversation flows, tuning behavior, and connecting APIs and customer systems.
  • Train customer teams at multiple levels and drive adoption so the solution is actively used in practice.
  • Debug production issues quickly and methodically when something is broken or underperforming.
  • Share customer feedback and implementation insights with the product team to shape future product development.
  • Document implementations, capture learnings, and build repeatable playbooks to help Open scale.
  • Work closely with customers throughout implementation to ensure the solution is running well in production.

Requirements

  • Experience leading customer implementations, onboarding programs, or technical projects in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with APIs, integrations, and configuration tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, and HubSpot.
  • Hands-on experience with AI agents and prompt engineering, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
  • Excellent project management instincts with the ability to keep multiple implementations on track and on time.
  • Excellent English communication skills, including clear writing and confident speaking with enterprise stakeholders.
  • Bias for action and comfort working in fast-moving environments with a focus on speed and customer impact.
  • Ability to work remotely with customers across multiple global time zones.
  • Experience deploying or supporting LLM/AI systems in production is preferred.
  • Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, or prompt engineering at scale is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a founding implementation hire, solutions engineer, or technical CSM at an early-stage startup is preferred.
