Description

  • Configure, deploy, and maintain JoVE LTI integrations across major LMS platforms including Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, and Brightspace.
  • Work with university LMS administrators and IT teams to install and provision JoVE tools.
  • Manage LTI credentials, security configurations, and deployment workflows.
  • Test, validate, and perform QA on integrations, including deep linking, grade passback, and authentication.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to LTI integrations, such as access errors, content launch failures, and configuration mismatches.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share client feedback and improve integration capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with LTI standards, including LTI 1.1, LTI 1.3, and LTI Advantage.
  • Experience working at the LMS administrator level, including tool configuration, permissions, and integrations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
