Description

  • Support Account Managers with follow-ups, reminders, and day-to-day sales coordination.
  • Track and organize contracts and sales-related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and deal tracking.
  • Update and maintain leads, contacts, deals, notes, and pipeline records in HubSpot.
  • Clean up duplicate, incomplete, or outdated CRM records to keep data reliable.
  • Execute professional outreach across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms.
  • Support marketing-led social selling initiatives and route qualified opportunities to the sales team.
  • Send follow-up emails and messages to prospects as needed.
  • Coordinate inbound lead handoff processes and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Account Managers.
  • Maintain consistent outreach activity, follow-through, CRM cleanliness, and operational consistency.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, operations, administrative coordination, or a similar role.
  • Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
  • Familiarity with sales follow-ups, lead tracking, and contract coordination.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional outreach.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistency.
  • Experience supporting Account Managers or sales teams is ideal.
  • Exposure to social selling, outbound outreach, or lead generation is preferred.
  • Background in B2B services, SaaS, agencies, or professional services is a plus.
