Description

  • Resolve client incidents by troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions that prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor the incident queue and serve as an escalation point for support issues.
  • Work directly with customers, end users, and internal and external technical and functional resources to define concepts and solutions.
  • Document resolutions clearly for future reference and review.
  • Create training materials and provide guidance based on issue resolution and support trends.
  • Monitor software and infrastructure performance to support client environments.
  • Provide timely feedback and communicate resolution status to clients and stakeholders.
  • Work on-call rotations, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Continue learning new tools and technologies used in the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, MIS, or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with JDA/Blue Yonder WMS/WLM configuration and customer development.
  • 3+ years of experience with JDA/Blue Yonder development tools, including MOCA tracing and components, MS SQL Database Server, Integrator, and Reporting.
  • Solid knowledge of warehouse operations.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience with SQL and writing complex queries.
  • Experience with MS Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, and Python is a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle Database is a plus.
  • Experience with Körber WMS in addition to Blue Yonder WMS is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with technical, business, and management audiences.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to people with different backgrounds.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Professional, organized, adaptable, positive, and proactive with the ability to prioritize and manage workload.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% by airplane and/or car, including overnights.

  • Annual base salary range of $85,000 to $115,000.
