Description

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for a fully remote, Mac-only workforce.
  • Manage user accounts, access provisioning, and integrations across Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, Atlassian tools, and GitHub.
  • Administer device security and compliance policies using Kandji MDM and Bitdefender.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, and cloud service issues.
  • Maintain and document IT standard operating procedures and user support processes.
  • Support audits and evidence collection for ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and PCI DSS compliance.
  • Assist with security questionnaires for prospects and partners during the sales process.
  • Monitor system logs and alerts to identify and remediate potential threats.
  • Track IT and security metrics, asset inventory, software licenses, and endpoint lifecycle status.
  • Collaborate with InfoSec, Sales, Engineering, and internal stakeholders on tooling, security, and support initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration in a Mac-only, remote-first environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace admin console and SSO.
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365 suite and Zoom admin controls.
  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub user access, integrations, and permissions.
  • Experience with Kandji or similar MDM solutions.
  • Experience with Bitdefender or similar endpoint protection tools.
  • Experience with a scripting or programming language.
  • Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS compliance frameworks.
  • Experience assisting with or completing security questionnaires for sales enablement.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a remote environment.
  • Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area for occasional in-office collaboration and team events.
