Description

  • Customize and optimize Shopify themes, including Liquid, sections, and templates.
  • Implement performance improvements and technical enhancements across Shopify stores.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve theme and app conflicts.
  • Improve mobile experience and site speed.
  • Support advanced Shopify configurations when needed.
  • Identify conversion bottlenecks across the customer funnel.
  • Design and implement A/B tests and UX improvements.
  • Optimize checkout flows, product pages, and revenue metrics such as AOV and conversion rate.
  • Implement upsell, cross-sell, and bundling strategies.
  • Stay current on Shopify releases, new features, and best practices.
  • Recommend tools and apps that improve store performance.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and leadership to translate business goals into technical work.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working directly with Shopify.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Liquid.
  • Experience with Shopify theme customization.
  • Experience with the Shopify admin and apps ecosystem.
  • Proven experience improving conversion rate, AOV, and funnel performance.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and business impact.
  • Experience running and implementing CRO experiments.
  • Experience with Shopify Plus is preferred.
  • Familiarity with headless Shopify, including Hydrogen and Oxygen, is preferred.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as GA4 and Hotjar is preferred.
  • Portuguese language skills are preferred.
  • Proficiency in English for remote collaboration is expected.
