Description

  • Take ownership of the full application stack, including API, UI, CI/CD, and hosting.
  • Maintain, optimize, and scale the existing MVP built with Nest.JS, Mongoose, MongoDB Atlas, Redis, Vue, and Tanstack.
  • Modernize the platform using cost-conscious and scalable technologies such as Vercel, Supabase, or similar services.
  • Collaborate closely with founders to prioritize development, deliver new features, and improve product performance.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve speed, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and manage infrastructure with Terraform.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and improve product capabilities.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Nest.JS and Mongoose/MongoDB.
  • Solid front-end experience with Vue and Tanstack.
  • Familiarity with Redis, CI/CD using GitHub Actions, and cloud hosting on AWS Beanstalk.
  • Experience with modern hosting platforms like Vercel and backend services like Supabase is highly desirable.
  • Ability to understand the full product stack and take ownership of components.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
  • Comfort working closely with founders in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Experience making thoughtful technology trade-offs in cost-conscious environments.
  • Exposure to AI-driven product enhancements is a nice to have.
  • Experience modernizing legacy systems or MVPs for scalability is a nice to have.
  • Startup or early-stage company experience is a nice to have.
