Description

  • Develop and maintain core product features with a focus on usability, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and UX to create client-facing experiences.
  • Build and iterate on prototypes that integrate LLMs, APIs, and retrieval pipelines.
  • Implement full-stack features across database schema, backend services, frontend components, and real-time interactions.
  • Work across functions to turn AI ideas into working solutions.
  • Contribute to tools that support internal teams and event organizers.
  • Participate in code review and provide feedback and improvements.
  • Help solve complex product and technical problems within small, focused teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working on full stack code bases.
  • Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or other AI-assisted engineering tools.
  • Experience working with LLMs, AI agents, or RAG architectures.
  • Experience peer reviewing code and providing feedback and improvements.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience in object-oriented design and programming.
  • Experience with RDBMS such as MySQL, Oracle, or MSSQL, including database design and advanced SQL.
  • Experience with front-end development using React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Strong expertise with backend systems in service-oriented architectures.
  • Ability to make effective engineering and product trade-offs across short-term and long-term needs.
  • Preferred: familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or other AI agentic frameworks.
  • Preferred: experience driving zero-to-one development of key technical capabilities.
  • Preferred: strong problem-solving ability for complex systems and root-cause analysis.
  • Preferred: experience with Struts2 MVC and Spring Framework.
  • Preferred: experience integrating with third-party systems via APIs.
  • Preferred: prior experience as a team lead.
