Description

  • Create and deliver customer business requirements within the Oomnitza customer solution.
  • Work with the project team to achieve high client satisfaction and measure solution effectiveness against the Statement of Work.
  • Understand customer needs and design solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Create customer deliverables and documentation such as workflows, dashboards, role definitions, and reports.
  • Work with the Project Manager to manage customer requirements, timelines, expectations, and change requests.
  • Provide assistance and knowledge transfer to identified customer project resources.
  • Use and improve delivery methodology and tools to maximize consulting effectiveness and support accurate estimations.
  • Stay current on the development roadmap and new release offerings and functionality.
  • Articulate Oomnitza products, solutions, and value proposition to customers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely administration of assigned projects, including time/expense tracking and status reporting.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant implementation consulting experience.
  • Proven ability to translate business processes into a defined software solution.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal personnel at all levels.
  • Tactical, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of agile and structured waterfall implementation techniques preferred.
  • Experience in a start-up environment preferred.
  • Experience with automated asset management software solutions preferred.
  • Must be located in the Pacific time zone.
