Description

  • Prospect for new business using cold calling, door knocking, networking, and trade shows.
  • Generate your own leads and build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Sell Ooma’s business products and solutions to small and mid-market companies.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Manage opportunities and pipeline progress to support quota attainment.
  • Present and deliver personalized product demos and sales pitches to prospects.
  • Use Salesforce to track deals, activities, pipeline, and forecasting.
  • Use AI tools to build lead lists, target verticals, and support email drip campaigns.
  • Travel to industry events and trade shows across the US as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas in a competitive environment.
  • Strong background in new business acquisition and closing deals.
  • Experience in technology, telecom, or similar industries is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Motivated, energetic, adaptable, and resilient approach to sales.
  • Ability to travel 1-2 times per month to industry events and trade shows across the US.
  • Experience using AI tools for prospecting or sales outreach is a plus.

  • Target OTE of $100,000-$118,000, depending on location.
  • Base salary range of $100,000-$118,000 USD.
