Description

  • Learn the company’s products, industry, competitors, customers, and ecosystem.
  • Speak directly with customers to understand their needs and product perceptions.
  • Analyze marketing data, existing activities, and client analytics to identify opportunities.
  • Develop a prioritized marketing plan and explain the expected business impact.
  • Own initiatives across SEO, GEO, AEO, content, partnerships, customer retention and expansion, and paid advertising.
  • Execute marketing initiatives from opportunity identification through measurement and improvement.
  • Identify and pursue additional marketing opportunities independently.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO and product teams on marketing priorities.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience using AI agents, automation, integrations, and advanced AI workflows, with concrete results to demonstrate.
  • Technical marketing experience, including comfort with analytics, marketing automation, and other technical tools.
  • Ability to set up and work in a local development environment and use tools such as Claude for technical tasks.
  • Experience marketing technical products, ideally software, SaaS, WordPress, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and move initiatives forward without detailed instructions.
  • Curiosity and a customer-focused approach to understanding the business before proposing solutions.
  • Ability to work across multiple marketing disciplines and turn ideas into action.
  • Understanding of how marketing activities connect to business results.
  • Comfort working in an environment with changing priorities and undefined processes.
